Bryce Johnson got his television break when he was cast as Josh Ford on the teen series Popular, which ran from 1999 to 2001.  He portrayed the quarterback of the football team of Jacqueline Kennedy High School and was known as the best friend of Michael “Sugar Daddy” Bernardino (Ron Lester) who also became the lead in the school play.  For a brief period he dated lead character Brooke McQueen (Leslie Bibb) but eventually married Lily Esposito (Tamara Mello) towards the end of the series.  Despite the abrupt cancellation of the show, the 30-year-old actor remains active in the entertainment world with his current projects and upcoming film. Read more »
Leslie Grossman was known as the idiotic and bubbly cheerleader on the television series Popular.  From 1999 to 2001, she portrayed Mary Cherry, a student Jacqueline Kennedy High School who belonged to the “popular” group. Throughout the show, she was perceived as spoiled and rude, especially to those who didn‘t belong to her type of crowd.  In the coming months, the 35-year-old actress will be marking her comeback as she stars in a comedy film and a TV show. Read more »
