"I and Love and You," the seventh episode of One Tree Hill‘s seventh season, is worth watching for so many reasons. In the spirit of Halloween, One Tree Hill got supernatural with a ghost, only we didn‘t know it until the end of the episode.  Continuing the streak of great One Tree Hillepisodes this season, the show used Dan Scott‘s TV interview with Reneeto look back at the pasts of the new and old characters to see howeveryone got to where they are.We saw Clay‘s passionate relationship with Sarah, Quinn‘s marriage toDavid, the night Renee met Nathan and even a walk down memory lane forBrooke and Julian.  It was a fantastic episode that saw the show‘shighest ratings for the season, and a lot of the credit goes to JamesLafferty, who directed it.  Read more »

The mess in One Tree Hill is shaping up nicely and it looks like things are about to get spicier with Nathan‘s scandal while all the major relationships continue to be at risk. It‘s all about retaliation, reunions and revelations this week in the episode "Deep Ocean Vast Sea."When we last saw One Tree Hill, Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) was sent to jail for hitting the woman claiming to be the mom of Nathan‘s (James Lafferty) illegitimate love child. And though Renee eventually dropped the charges, she gave Haley yet another reason to doubt Nathan when she told Haley to check Nathan‘s phone bills where she finds Renee‘s number. Read more »
One Tree Hill season 7 has seen many characters riding high beforefalling back to Earth, and last week they all began to doubt oneanother and fall apart.  This week, One Tree Hill introduced a villain even more terrifying than Dan Scott: the self-destruct button.Whether they consider pushing the button and then back down or if they throw caution to the wall and push it, many One Tree Hill characters are headed down a dark path.  Read more »
Tension is boiling up nicely on One Tree Hill especially after last week‘s round of squabbles courtesy of Haley, Renee, Clay and Quinn‘s husband and we get a taste of the aftermath in tonight‘s episode called "Your Cheatin‘ Heart." On One Tree Hill, no relationship is safe for long.  Inevitablysomeone else comes between them or outside forces conspire to break acouple apart.  Now that season 7 is going strong, it‘s time for One Tree Hill to start throwing some monkey wrenches into the loves lives of all the characters. In last night‘s episode, all the major relationships were threatened. Unless your man is a pilot/bar manager who‘s a little quick on the drawin the bedroom, odds are your relationship started to crumble on One Tree Hill.  Read more »
Poor Jamie. He‘ll probably be crushed to find out about Renee as his dad‘s scandal becomes public on tonight‘s episode of One Tree Hill. But seeing how Nathan (James Lafferty) and Haley (Bethany Joy Lenz) have handled this whole ordeal in last week‘s episode, I‘m hoping that they‘ll think of a way to cushion the blow as they explain everything to their son before Jamie finds out from someone else. Read more »
I love it when TV characters surprise me, so color me impressed at the end of last night‘s One Tree Hillwhen Haley, the kind former teacher, laid a vengeful smackdown on Rene, the other woman claiming Nathan knocked her up.  You go, girl! It‘s rare when I‘m in agreement with most of the characters on One Tree Hill, but last night I found myself saying "You go, girl" to most of theshow‘s residents, even the men.  But Haley deserves the gold star fordoing what everyone wished she would by slapping the crap out of Rene. Of course it was a set-up and the paparazzi were there to capture onlyRene‘s side of things, but I‘m sure the satisfaction of slapping herwas worth whatever punishment is coming.  Read more »

I‘ve seen enough primetime soaps in my life, so I was pretty sure I knew where Nathan‘s love child storyline was going on One Tree Hill. First, he‘d try to hide it from his wife with a series of increasinglyunbelievable stories.  She would find out, get angry, storm out, andthey would fight for another couple of episodes until they decided toslowly reconcile after it came out that he was right all along.Basically, I was expecting a retread of the Nanny Carrie storyline, minus the murderous rampage.  Obviously I was wrong.  Instead, One Tree Hillhas decided that, after all these leaps forward in time, the charactershave actually matured into responsible adults who handle their problemshead on.  Read more »
The CW has just released a clip for next week‘s One Tree Hill episode, confirming Austin Nichols‘ teaser that someone will be throwing "a wrench into the gears" of the Brulian romance. It‘s going to get messy so don‘t think that it will all be smooth for Brooke and Julian, who found themselves in happy place in the season 7 opener. As you might have suspected, Alex Dupre, the new face of Clothes Over Bros., doesn‘t have the most pleasant personality to match her pretty face but she does have a few tricks up her sleeve to get what she sets her sights on. In "Hold My Hand as I‘m Lowered," she gets in Julian‘s face and stirs up some trouble for Brooke.  Read more »
Is Nathan a cheater? I certainly hope not but the utter look on his face upon seeing the photo of the girl whom he allegedly cheated with says it all in last week‘s One Tree Hill season 7 premiere, and it also doesn‘t help that there are some incriminating photos out there to prove the accusation. Somehow, I don‘t think that Nathan really cheated on Haley. Maybe the other woman is just after money or is doing some sort of blackmail to get what she wants. Or maybe even Clay is behind this mess. It might take some time before we find out because it looks as though Nathan‘s cheating scandal is about to be blown out of proportion in "(What Are You Willing To Lose)." Read more »

I must be getting lazy in my old age, because I did not see the sonogram twist coming at the end of last night‘s One Tree Hill. Season 7 is off to a fairly great start, proving that even without thehappy epic love of Peyton and Lucas, the show can survive. The biggest bombshell of the evening came when Clay learned of theproof Rene has regarding her one-night stand on the road with Nathan: asonogram of her baby.  Yes, right now it looks like Nathan Scott isgoing to be a daddy once again, only this time it‘s not with Haley. Read more »
With Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Peyton (Hilarie Burton) gone, will One Tree Hill ever be the same? Or will it be better than ever? We find out tonight as The CW series returns for its seventh season with the episode called "4:30 a.m. (Apparently They Were Traveling Abroad)," which is some sort of allusion to Waters Roger‘s song. But before anything else, let‘s sum up what happened last time we saw One Tree Hill: After tying the knot and welcoming their baby, Lucas and Peyton decided to leave Tree Hill for good; Brooke (Sophia Bush) made amends with Victoria and put her future with Julian (Austin Nichols) back on track; Nathan was invited to join the Charlotte Bobcats while evil Dan (Paul Johansson) was on his deathbed. And the rest was - more or less - history. Also check out:One Tree Hill Season 7 SpoilersInterview with Robert Buckley Read more »

It‘s not always that we get to see the cast of One Tree Hill toy with some emotionally gripping material but last night‘s episode proved to be a rare moment, and sadly it came at the expense of pulling the plug on one character. Sure there‘s tons of drama to go around with, although recently it‘s been just shallow drama involving Brulian or Clay. However, Lydia finally succumbing to her pancreatic cancer was just what the doctor ordered for Bess Armstrong, Bethany Joy Galeotti and even James Lafferty to shine. Read more »
It‘s Bethany Joy Galeotti‘s turn to go behind the cameras once again after working on the One Tree Hill episode "Screenwriter‘s Blues," and this time, she‘ll be adding more emotional layers to the series with a depressing storyline about her character Haley dealing with a seemingly hopeless situation involving her mother Lydia. Read more »
It‘s time to briefly turn away from the fun gritty catfights and mirthful storylines as One Tree Hill takes a very dramatic turn with the arrival of Lydia James, the matriarch of the James family. It‘s been some time since we last saw Haley‘s mother on the show, though during her short-lived stint, we already got a glimpse of the kind of mother she is: liberal, open-minded and the kind of parent who gives importance to her children‘s happiness.  Read more »
If you‘re an ‘80s fan, then you‘ll love what One Tree Hill has in store for you tonight. There‘s a decade-themed alumni dance at Tree Hill High and tons of references to the late John Hughes. But while nostalgic memories alone are worth looking forward to, the chaos that comes with this affair will keep you glued to your TV screens. Read more »

In tonight‘s episode of One Tree Hill, we learn that Taylor (guest star Lindsey McKeon) is now staying at Nathan (James Lafferty) and Haley‘s house. And to make matters worse, Quinn‘s (Shantel VanSanten) ex-husband (guest star Scott Holroyd), whose now dating Taylor, has tagged along as well. Read more »
Following a pretty solid send-off, One Tree Hill returns tonight with an all-new episode that puts Brooke and Julian‘s relationship under the microscope once again. If you recall, things didn‘t particularly end well for these two characters with all the Alex drama going on--- and by "all" I mean one involving Alex the junkie and the other involving Alex, Brooke‘s hot blonde British guy. Read more »
Still no word on the fate of One Tree Hill but at least we have four amazing episodes to look forward to before the seventh season comes to a close, and the countdown begins tonight with the episode "Every Picture Tells a Story."  Read more »
One Tree Hill is back after two months of hiatus and so are Brooke and Julian. The constant bickering between these two love birds has been somewhat dragging the show down so seeing them kiss and make up is a pretty good start for what seems to be the final four episodes of the season (or series). On the other hand, Julian‘s "nothing can ruin us" speech may also just be the perfect omen for yet another obstacle in Brulian‘s future. Here‘s hoping that Brooke gets the happy ending she deserves. So what else happened in "Every Picture Tells a Story"? Check out the recap after the jump. Read more »
Sex, lies and video tapes--that seems to be what the next episode of One Tree Hill is all about. When we last saw Tree Hill, Victoria and Alexander‘s tryst got exposed while we learned that Josh was behind the sex tape scam being used to blackmail the producers of Julian‘s film. But things are about to get a little crazier in the episode "Learning to Fail" because some is about to come out of the closet. Warning: Spoilers for Monday‘s episode are revealed after the jump. Read more »
I don‘t really understand why One Tree Hill has to have a psycho storyline almost every season but this season, we get our crazy stalker fix courtesy of Katie. She‘s still fixated on Clay even though Clay himself has already told her to back off but in tonight‘s episode she‘s threatening Quinn and trying to bring cuckoo to a whole new level. More on the highlights of the episode "Learning to Fail" after the jump.  Read more »
Katie, this season‘s psycho stalker, will continue to creep out One Tree Hill in next Monday‘s episode entitled "What‘s In The Ground Belongs To You." Just how far will she go to get Clay in her life? Check out the video after the jump to find out. Read more »
Mother‘s Day. It‘s that time of the year again, where we pay tribute to our moms--and what better way to honor motherhood than to recall TV mothers that make us realize just how blessed we are with the ones we have. We asked our readers and Facebook followers who they thought TV‘s worst mom ever wasand compiled the short list.  Read more »
I don‘t know what‘s worse, Haley‘s depression or the little subplots that seem to be dragging tonight‘s One Tree Hill episode to the ground. Don‘t get me wrong. I think Bethany Joy Galeotti is doing a really good job playing the depressed daughter who‘s grieving over the loss of her mom. But other than that, "What‘s In The Ground Belongs To You" doesn‘t really take the show to a significant direction and it certainly doesn‘t feel like the show is going out of its way for the second to the last episode of the season (or the series). But hey, that‘s just my opinion.  Read more »
In a couple of days, fans will finally learn the fate of One Tree Hill, whether the show will live to see another season or whether next Monday‘s episode will be its last. Meanwhile, here are some updates surrounding what could be the series finale: Read more »

The gang heads to Utah for the final episode of One Tree Hill season 7 where all cliffhangers and loose ends will hopefully be resolved. Last week, Haley seemingly went off the deep end by jumping in the pool to commit suicide, while Julian finally learned whether his movie got into that important film festival in Utah. Read more »
Baby and sex tape scandals, a May-December romance, and a psycho dead ringer--it really has been one crazy season on One Tree Hill. But now it‘s time to close the curtains of the seventh season with an episode that will hopefully hint on whether or not the show will return for yet another season. In the episode "Almost Everything I Wish I‘d Said The Last Time I Saw You...," the gang (even Chase the bartender) heads to Utah to support Julian‘s movie for the film festival. In my opinion, the first half of the episode is a complete waste of time simply because nothing really happens--just lots of fun snowball fights and a big music montage. The other half, however, is pleasantly surprising. More on the highlights of the finale after the jump. Read more »
