Once Upon a Time finally revealed the Fairy Tale Land identity of the mysterious Dr. Whale in "The Doctor." His initial meeting with Regina was the trigger that turned the sweet, unmalicious girl into the Evil Queen all due to the manipulations of Rumple. Surprisingly, Reginas story was quite sad and makes her slightly more sympathetic.

Once Upon a Time brings another new fairy tale story to life tonight on "Tallahassee" when Jorge Garcia shows up as the Giant at the top of the beanstalk. In last Sundays episode, Hook offered Emma and Snow help in their quest to return to Storybrooke through a magical compass. In order to acquire the compass, they have to climb to the top of the beanstalk, overcome the Giant up top, and find the compass.

Once Upon a Time continues to amaze. With each question that the show answers, it introduces more that are just as intriguing and push the story forward. In "Tallahassee" we finally found out how the "Mysterious Man" fits into the story, while also revealing Henrys father. But, with that came questions of why he so willingly gave up his love, Emma, and left her to rot in prison.
