Adapted from the film of the same name (which in turn was based on the book of the same name), Friday Night Lights shows high-school football in the most extreme of settings: small-town Texas. Overbearing fathers, groupies, pretty-boy quarterbacks, pressure-filled coaches, and those glorious Friday nights; what else could you want?
