A few weeks back, when BuddyTV joined other reporters on the Vancouver set of Emily Owens, M.D. (thanks to a trip provided by Warner Bros.), we heard rumors of a big event coming for the show. This event would occur during episode 7 of the show‘s first season -- the episode filming that day. The CW is going full steam ahead with The Flash pilot, a spin-off of its hit superhero show Arrow. They‘ve already added Law and Order Star Jesse M. Martin to the cast as Detective West. Now six more familiar faces will join him. Michelle Harrison (Emily Owens, MD) is Playing Mom: Harrison has snagged a recurring role as Barry Allen‘s (Grant Gustin) mother, Nora according to Deadline. We found out in Arrow episodes that Barry‘s mother is dead and he‘s trying to find out who is responsible. Maybe The Flash is planning some boyhood flashbacks.  Read more »
