My remotes are not working, what can I do?
The most common problem users run into, is that your device (ex. iPhone) and the TV equipment (ex. Google TV) you’re trying to control are not on the same network. This is common especially with iPhones because they will switch from Wi-Fi to 3G. One way to prevent this from happening is to disable cellular data on your iPhone while using it as a remote control. Another common reason for this is that your device switches to another Wi-Fi network that may be available. When troubleshooting make sure your device is on the same network as the equipment.

See here for ways to troubleshoot remote controls.

What is the difference between favoriting a show and giving it five stars?
The main difference is that if you favorite a show, it will show up in your Favorites Quick List on the App’s homepage. Having that show in your Favorites Quick List will enable easy access to the show to view upcoming airings. We’ll also factor in that it is marked as a favorite when we’re creating your recommendations. Rating shows helps to tune the recommendations. For example, if there’s a show you don’t want to see in your recommendations, rate it 1-star, on the other hand, if there’s a show you love, rate it 5 stars, you’ll then start to see shows like it in your recommendations.
I don't get premium channels, why are they showing up in my recommendations?
We’re working on a feature to enable you to remove channels you don’t receive or don’t want to watch. Hopefully, if you had those channels, the recommendations would still be accurate for you.

Stay tuned!
