Leslie Grossman was known as the idiotic and bubbly cheerleader on the television series Popular.  From 1999 to 2001, she portrayed Mary Cherry, a student Jacqueline Kennedy High School who belonged to the “popular” group. Throughout the show, she was perceived as spoiled and rude, especially to those who didn't belong to her type of crowd.  In the coming months, the 35-year-old actress will be marking her comeback as she stars in a comedy film and a TV show.

Bryce Johnson got his television break when he was cast as Josh Ford on the teen series Popular, which ran from 1999 to 2001.  He portrayed the quarterback of the football team of Jacqueline Kennedy High School and was known as the best friend of Michael “Sugar Daddy” Bernardino (Ron Lester) who also became the lead in the school play.  For a brief period he dated lead character Brooke McQueen (Leslie Bibb) but eventually married Lily Esposito (Tamara Mello) towards the end of the series.  Despite the abrupt cancellation of the show, the 30-year-old actor remains active in the entertainment world with his current projects and upcoming film.

Carly Pope catapulted to fame when she was cast on the teen drama series Popular. As the character Samantha “Sam” McPherson, she was perceived as stubborn, yet smart and witty. She was part of the school paper and often exposed hypocrisy and discrimination at Kenny High. As one of the less popular girls, she was initially Brooke’s (Leslie Bibb) enemy. But as Brooke's father and Sam's mother get romantically involved, the two teens eventually got along.

Leslie Bibb got her break as one of the lead characters on the teen series Popular. She played the role of Brooke McQueen, the popular girl at Kennedy High. As an attractive and straight A student, she seemed to have a perfect life. However, her life was filled with pressure and personal issues, suffering from an eating disorder and low-self esteem. At the end of the second season during the series finale, Brooke was run over by fellow cheerleader Nicole Julian (Tammy Lynn Michaels).
