The CW announced its fall schedule today and it features all good-looking people. I suppose one could make the argument that all television features good-looking people, but not to the extreme extent that the CW has taken it. You see, most of the CW's Fall schedule not only features good-looking people, the series themselves are about those people being good-looking, or at least it's a very important part of the series. There are three hours of new programming on the CW's Fall schedule, one of which may include the most highly-anticipated new series going into next season.
Before any Reaper fans go ballistic and worry about why the series isn't on the Fall schedule, don't worry. The CW has ordered 13 episodes of Reaper, which will hit the air at mid-season. There's a very good chance that it will take over Smallville's time slot at some point, but nothing is set in stone.

If the promos for next week's season finale of One Tree Hill are to be believed, Lucas will invite either Peyton, Brooke, or Lindsey on a wild trip to Las Vegas with him. This bold move will hopefully mark the end of Lucas' merry-go-round of romantic indecision, which is the only issue he's dealt with in the past 17 episodes. In my opinion, Lucas has become an extremely boring and unlikable character this year. He's done absolutely nothing but remind everyone that he's in love with Lindsey, which he insisted upon even after she broke up with him for not being over Peyton. For someone who spends much of his time writing from the heart, Lucas seems to have no idea what he wants.
While I enjoy a love triangle as much as the next guy, I'm praying that Lucas makes up his mind in the season finale. The big question is: Who should he ultimately choose?

Last week on One Tree Hill, everyone found out that Dan only has six months to live, and the reactions from his loved ones ranged from disbelief to barely contained glee. Dan (Paul Johansson) wanted to make amends with his family, but Nathan and Haley ultimately decided that they want nothing to do with him. He'll have to suffer through his karmic bitchslap alone. Meanwhile, Brooke discovered that baby Angie is going to need serious heart surgery, while the Lucas/Lindsey/Peyton triangle caused me to throw my TV out the window.
Tonight, in the lamely titled "Hate is Safer Than Love," Brooke's baby has emergency surgery, and Jamie is more adorable than ever before.

I know that outlandish and sudsy storylines are definitely part of the appeal of watching primetime soaps such as One Tree Hill, but sometimes, you have just have to say enough is enough. Is it just me, or is anybody else having difficulty suspending disbelief that a social welfare agency would willingly hand over Angie – a real baby with actual health problems – over to Brooke, a young woman, barely out of her teenage years, without so much as a background check?

Last week on One Tree Hill, Dan dropped a bombshell on Nathan by telling him that he only has six months left to live. Nathan didn't buy it, and I'm not sure I do either. Meanwhile, the love triangle that refuses to die continued on, with Lucas moping over Lindsey and Peyton pining over Lucas. The good news is that Lindsey left Lucas his house key and took off back to New York. Could she really be out of his life forever?
On tonight's episode, Lucas investigates Dan's supposed heart condition, while Haley ponders letting Jamie see his evil grandpa.

Nathan Scott has certainly been involved in his share of drama during the fifth season of One Tree Hill. He started off the year extremely bitter and angry due to an injury, then moved on to a storyline that found him flirting with the diabolical and dangerous nanny Carrie. His marriage almost fell apart, and he nearly became the type of neglectful father he never wanted to be. Even when Nathan is going through rough times, actor James Lafferty always finds a way to make his character seem likable, relatable, and down to earth. He's the type of guy you can't help but root for, no matter how many mistakes he's made.
We recently had a chance to sit down with James to discuss the future of his character, as well as the shocker that awaits fans in the season finale. Read on for the mp3 and complete transcript of the interview.
