Marla Maples was born on October 27, 1963 in Dalton, Georgia to an office worker mother and a real estate developer father. She is a cousin of Melrose Place actress Heather Locklear. A sports buff, Marla was part of the basketball varsity team during her high school years.
In 1983, she became a runner up at the Miss Georgia pageant and was the first person to be crowned as Miss Resaca Beach Poster Girl in the same year.
Marla Maples was seen on Sunset Beach, Spin City, Something Wilder, Dallas and Clueless. Her other television credits include Two of Hearts, The Christmas List and P.S. I Luv You.
On the big screen, she was seen in Loving Annabelle, Black and White, Richie Rich: A Christmas Story, For Richer or Poorer and in Happiness among many others.
She also produced short documentaries entitled Whispers in the Wind and Destiny of Peace.
In 2007, she hosted ABC's reality TV program The
Ex-Wives Club , alongside
Shar Jackson and
Angie Everhart . The show documented the hosts as they reached out to normal people to help them move on from their failed marriages. She also hosted a segment of Victoria: Beckham, a one-hour NBC special featuring the Spice Girls member.
Marla Maples was featured four times in Celebrity Sleuth and three times in Playboy.
She was married to business tycoon Donald J. Trump in December 1993, but they divorced six years later. Her daughter Tiffany Ariana Trump was born on October 13, 1993.

Secret Talents of the Stars , a show that pits celebrities against each other as they showcase their hidden abilities. Her hidden talent is performing an original song on bass guitar as part of a Hip Hop Orchestra.
