When she was in college, Kelsey Nixon used to host a cooking show called Kelsey's Kitchen broadcast in her college's cable station. This North Ogden, Utah native has certainly gone a long way; now, she does freelance work for the food department of The Salt Lake Tribune. This bubbly blonde calls herself the "Mini Martha Stewart" and works as assistant culinary director, teaching everything from seafood to cupcakes. Other than cooking, she also enjoys traveling, entertaining, writing, dancing, and, of course, dining out.
