Jennifer Love Hewitt is best known for playing Julie James in the horror thriller I Know What You Did Last Summer and its sequel. Prior to pursuing an acting career, however, she first ventured into singing. At age nine, she became a member of the Texas Show Team and later won the title of "Texas Our Little Miss Talent Winner." After moving to Los Angeles, she soon landed gigs on television. She first appeared on several episodes on Kids Incorporated in 1990 before being cast as Bernadette Moody Shaky Ground, and later as Franny Byrd on The Byrds of Paradise. In 1995, she joined the cast of Party of Five as Sarah Reeves. She played the character until 1999 -- the same year she started playing Sarah Reeves Merrin in short-lives spin-off Time of Your Life. After starring in films like The Tuxedo, If Only, Garfield, The Truth About Love, and Confessions of a Sociopathic Social Climber, she made her big TV comeback as the star of Ghost Whisperer. She played Melinda Gordon from 2005 to 2010. In 2012, she starred as Riley Parks on The Client List. Two years later, she joined the 10th season of Criminal Minds as a series regular.
As a singer, Jennifer Love Hewitt has released several albums including Love Songs, Let's Go Bang, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and BareNaked.
