Biography

American actress Gage Golightly was born September 5, 1993 and is the youngest of four siblings. She has appeared in a considerable number of shows in her young career. She has studied at Flintridge-Sacred Heart Academy, and is known to carpool with her friends. She also enjoys spending time with her brother, George, and helping him out in the pizza parlor.

Gage Golightly began her acting career at an early age, pursuing her passion of the performaing arts. She has had a lead role in the movie Bronko Bear, as well as in I Win. In 2002, she landed a supporting role in the film Speakeasy, where she portrayed Eva alongside actors David Strathaim, Nicky Katt, Stacy Edwards, and Christopher McDonald. The next year, Golightly was cast in the short film The Vest, based on the short story by Stephanie Hubbard. She later worked on the made-for-TV movie, A Carol Christmas, starring Tori Spelling, William Shatner, Gary Coleman, Michael Landes, and Jason Brooks. She continued her work on television, appearing in films like Sudbury and The Long Shot. Golightly soon rose to prominence for starring in the sci-fi miniseries 5ive Days to Midnight. She next got a part in the TV movie Don’t Ask, before appearing as Vanessa on the episode “A Midsummer’s Nightmare” on Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. She was able to work with the show’s regular cast like Cole and Dylan Sprouse, Brenda Song, Phill Lewis, Ashley Tisdale and Kim Rhodes. Golightly has also worked on the unaired pilot of the series Brothers & Sisters. In 2007, she was cast as Thea Grant in the TNT show Heartland. Her character is the rebellious daughter of Dr. Nathaniel Grant and Kate Armstrong, whose divorce resulted in problems for the girl. In 2008, Golightly signed on to appear in The Troop, an adventure film where she plays the character Hayley.
