American actress Brigid Brannagh was born on August 3, 1972 in San Francisco, California. She made her acting debut in 1988, when she played a bit role in the comedy The Wrong Guys. However, most of her acting credits were guest roles in numerous television programs. These include Doogie Howser M.D., NYPD Blue, Sliders, ER, Brooklyn South, Veronica’s Closet, Ally McBeal, Charmed, Early Edition, The West Wing, Angel, CSI, Just Shoot Me!, Without a Trace and 24.
Brannagh also appeared as a regular in some television shows. Her first came in 1996, with the vampire drama Kindred: The Embraced. In 2005, she starred in the war drama Over There, where she played Vannesa Dumphy, the dysfunctional and unfaithful wife of soldier Frank Dumphy (Luke Macfarlane). Her most recent regular television role was in the drama Army Wives, which premiered in 2007. Here, she played the role of Pamela Moran, an “army wife” who gave up her career as a police woman to become a wife to Chase Moran (Jeremy Davidson) and a full-time mother to her children.
