The end is near for The Mob Doctor as FOX decided not to order any additional episodes of the low-rated drama, which stars Jordana Spiro as a young surgeon who took on her brother’s debt to the mob. The cancellation, however, is no surprise considering it’s the least-watched drama among the major networks this fall. Since premiering with a devastating 1.5 rating with adults 18-49, the show’s numbers have gotten even worse.

After The Mob Doctor‘s December 3 episode, the series will go off the air to give way to the network’s holiday programming slate. FOX will then air the final four episodes on December 29, December 31, January 5 and January 7.

Meanwhile, FOX has also set the season 2 premiere of Touch. The Tim Kring drama was originally set for a one-hour premiere on February 1 but instead it will kickoff on Friday, February 8 with a two-hour premiere. The sophomore season is expected to pick up with Martin Bohm (Kiefer Sutherland) and his gifted son Jake (David Mazouz) going to Los Angeles in attempt to find Lucy’s (Maria Bello) missing daughter.
