Thank God You're Here

-Reality Originally from Australia, Thank God You're Here is a improvisational comedy series showcasing the off-the-cuff skills of four different actors each week as they appear on a live sketch show without a script. The actors only know what costume they will be wearing and nothing else. As they enter the stage the first line they hear is "Thank God You're Here." The rest of the sketch unfolds with David Allen Grier as the host and Dave Foley as the improv judge, handing out wins quite arbitrarily.

NBC has ordered six episodes of an Improv comedy show called Thank God You're Here. The show will be coming from the producers of American Idol and will feature comedy veterans Dave Foley and David Alan Grier. Improv Comedy has disappeared on network TV since Whose Line is it Anyway? Foley and Grier are both talented comedians and it will be interesting to see what kind of show they come up with.
