And the love triangle ensues.  Following an encounter with Morgan in “The Ringer,” Mick’s (Alex O’Loughlin) obvious fascination to the alluring photographer has made Beth (Sophia Myles) reluctantly a little jealous. More emotions, discoveries, and revelations unfold in the episode fittingly called “Fleur de Lis,” which airs on Friday, November 23.

Mick has been wrapped up in the past ever since he met Beth’s female photographer friend Morgan, who bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife Coraline (Shannyn Sossamon).  But after all the flashbacks and déjà vu that caused him to ponder on her identity and after seeing that Morgan’s shoulder is unmarked, unlike Coraline who has a fleur de lis tattoo, he has resigned himself to believe that Morgan and Coraline are not the same person.

In the ninth episode of Moonlight, Beth’s feelings for Mick intensify as she gets even more jealous when Mick begins working closely on a case with the mysterious Morgan.  Fueled by her bruised ego, she takes in upon herself to dig up the woman’s past and discovers that Morgan isn’t who she claims to be.

As for Mick, he’s hired by a CEO to follow his trophy wife, whom he suspects is having an affair.  In the course of the investigation, Mick speculates that the husband may be planning to murder his adulterous wife.

Joining the main ensemble, which includes Jason Dohring as Josef Kostan, are guest stars Kathleen Munroe (Durham County, Beautiful People) as Tina Haggans, Victor Webster (Lincoln Heights) as Owen Haggans, Richard Cox (Inuyasha) as Richard Haggans, and Marc Anthony Samuel (Criminal Minds) as Tucker.

“Fleur de Lis” is directed by James Whitmore, Jr. and written by Gabrielle Stanton and Harry Werksman, two of the series’ co-executive producers.

Moonlight airs every Friday at 9pm ET/PT on CBS.
