Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky certainly ignored the height difference when she figured in a brawl with a former contestant of the CW reality show America’s Next Top Model.

Blonsky, 4 feet 10 inches, slugged it out with Bianca Golden, who stood at 5 feet 11 inches over seats in the departure lounge of the Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos, July 30, Wednesday, according to cops.

Both ended up getting arrested.

“Things got out of hand in an argument over seats in the departure lounge, and several people were involved in an altercation,” Sgt. Calvin Chase told People.  “There were some injuries involved.”

The altercation started in the airport’s departure lounge when Golden got irked when Blonsky allegedly hogged the seats in the lounge and reserved them for her family, who was vacationing in the Caribbean.  When Golden, who was part of America’s Next Top Model cycle 9, tried to get one of the five seats, pandemonium erupted.

There were serious injuries, too.  Blonsky’s father, Carl, allegedly beat up Golden’s mother, Elaine, who had to be airlifted to a hospital in Miami.  For her part, Blonsky was also injured and needed to have a neck brace.

The two were charged with actual bodily harm, while Carl was charged with grievous bodily harm.  Blonsky and Golden were both released on a $6,000 bail, but Carl will be spending some time in custody until the hearing scheduled for August 8.

Golden was notorious on Top Model for getting into tiffs with the other contestants.  At one point, she even called eventual winner Saleisha Stowers “borderline plus-size.”  She was fourth overall in the cycle. After America’s Next Top Model, Golden went on to sign with Major model management in New York City. She has made various TV appearances, including a Macy’s commercial and Top Model affiliated shows.
