TMZ.com reports that Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach has been spotted after her legal defeat while sobbing in a courthouse corridor telling her attorney, “I just lost my kids.”

The America’s Got Talent judge and Bach have been previously sharing custody over 14-year-old Hayley and 17-year-old Taylor. However, their bitter dispute has surged in recent months after a video of Hasselhoff has surfaced, showing him drunk and rambling on the floor of his Las Vegas hotel room. Consequently, Judge Juhas has issued a temporary suspension of Hasselhoff’s visitation rights. Since then, Hasselhoff has gone through periodic alcohol testing to ensure his compliance with the court’s order to keep away from alcohol.

According to Melvin Goldsman, Hasselhoff’s lawyer, Bach will still be able to able to visit the girls. “Pamela is able to visit on alternate weekends and each Wednesday night for dinner," Goldsman has said. "And David made it clear to the court the girls can visit with their mother whenever they want to."

As per Bach’s lawyer Debra Opri, the court has ordered her client from speaking to the media about the hearing. On the other hand, Bach and Opri have implied that the legal battle is far from over. "The truth will be told," Bach has said.
