Big Brother 18 may have ended on Wednesday night, but fans cannot stop talking about the shocking outcome. During the live finale, Paul Abrahamian won the final Head of Household of the summer. He ended up evicting James Huling over Nicole Franzel, which many believe cost him the $500,000 grand prize. Now that he has had some time to think it over, does Paul regret taking Nicole to the final two?

Did the Jury Make a Huge Mistake with the Winner of Big Brother 18? >>>

On Thursday, Paul returned to the outside world after being inside the Big Brother house for 99 days. He took to Instagram to thank all of his fans and supporters for sticking by him throughout the season, and he even congratulated Nicole on her big win.

“First off, I literally cannot comprehend all this love & support – I’m so overwhelmed, I can’t believe” he wrote in the post. “Next, congratulations on your win Nicole – it was a brutal season, you earned it.”

He then responded to all of the criticism he has received for choosing to take Nicole to the final two over James. Despite many fans and even several members of the jury saying he would have beaten James in a landslide vote, Paul thinks he would have lost no matter what due to the jury’s negative feelings towards him.

“I don’t care what anyone says, whether I took James or Nicole, I was going to lose either way. I thought I was going to win no matter what because I played my f***ing heart out – but unfortunately…jury. #clearlypissed #whenkeepingitrealgoeswrong,” he explained.

Paul concluded by saying that he could care less about losing out on the big prize. He is just happy that he stayed true to himself.

“If staying true to myself only won me 50K, then so be it – because I wouldn’t change a damn thing about me for 500K. Money doesn’t bring me happiness, living life to the fullest does – & lord knows I’d trade 500K for all the positivity, love, & support from all my f***ing badass fans any day,” he ended the post.

Uhm..HOLY FUCKING GUACAMOLE. First off, I literally cannot comprehend all this love & support – I’m so overwhelmed, I can’t believe it. Next, congratulations on your win Nicole – it was a brutal season, you earned it. Now, let’s get a few things straight: I don’t care what anyone says, whether I took James or Nicole, I was going to lose either way. What are your thoughts on what Paul had to say? Do you think he only lost due to the jury’s bitterness towards him? Do you think he would have won if he took James to the final two? Was Paul robbed of the $500,000, or did Nicole deserve it? Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section and in the poll below.
