New York (Tiffany Pollard) and Tailor Made (George Weisgerber) had a whirlwind romance on I Love New York that ended with an engagement on the reunion show. Of course, many people still think the whole thing was merely a show-mance, staged with the aim to increase ratings for VH1 and time in the spotlight for New York.

Nevertheless, the relationship (or at least the appearance of it) is still going strong, and they are now saying that despite the I Love New York star’s initial assertion that they should wait two years before even getting engaged, Tailor Made now says they might be ready for the next step sooner rather than later.

It sounds like New York might not be one of those women who always dreamed of a big wedding and is therefore frantically making big plans for their wedding. Tailor Made recently told Splash News, “We haven’t set a date…We’ll probably just go to Vegas on a whim.”

Why not? New York is, as she put it, “a grown-ass woman,” and can do as she likes. And she certainly didn’t take a traditional path to love, through two seasons each of Flavor of Love and I Love New York, so why should she plan a traditional wedding?

Well, it’s already scheduled so it’s not exactly a whim, but the two are planning to be in Vegas on February 8. Could a Tailor Made-New York nuptials be in the works? If so, can even a town like Las Vegas handle it?

While the two might be on the fast-track to marriage, it would appear the two are not going to rush into being parents to more than Tailor Made’s 12-year-old daughter. “I know Tiffany will be an amazing mother,” Tailor Made said, but “[s]he has so many things to accomplish professionally before motherhood. She wants to concentrate on her acting career.”
