With only three months left in the 2012-2013 television season, it’s time to start thinking about what we’re going to do with all that extra time after our favorite shows are over. (Fill it up with summer shows, most likely.) FOX has announced their spring 2013 season finale dates, as well as premiere dates for So You Think You Can Dance and other shows debuting in the summer.

The CW Sets Season Finale Dates for Spring 2013 >>>

Some shows are ending earlier than others, like Raising Hope in March and Kitchen Nightmares, Touch, Bones and The Following in April.

If you watch Hell’s Kitchen, you’ll want to pay attention to the schedule, as the show changes timeslots multiple times. It currently airs on Tuesdays at 8pm, until May 7. There will be special Monday episodes beginning May 6. Then finally, it’ll move again to Thursdays at 9pm starting May 23.

You’ll notice that American Idol is ending quite early, on May 16. Back when FOX released Idol‘s partial season 12 schedule, I noted that the season would have to end a week or two before it normally ends. I’m surprised FOX isn’t somehow extending it to the end of sweeps.

FOX is most likely using the summer to burn off the entirety of The Goodwin Games, a comedy that was originally scheduled for the current season, and eventually had its order count reduced from 13 to seven.
