DWTS tour fans, it’s official: an all-new Dancing with the Stars: Live! is hitting the road in 2026 with a 74-date run that begins on January 22, 2026, in Akron, Ohio, and wraps on May 2, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah. This year’s traveling production is staged and choreographed by Emmy winner Mandy Moore (La La Land, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour) and brings a stacked lineup of pro dancers to theaters and arenas nationwide.

Two headliners will make this tour extra special: married pros Valentin “Val” Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson are reuniting on the road together for the first time in five years, while touring as parents. “We took a moment to have a child and enjoy our off season,” Val says with a laugh, adding, “what a treat to be back on the road… I’m very excited to get out on the road.” Jenna calls the tour “such a creative space” where “we prioritize the celebrities during the season and the tour is an opportunity for the pros to do what we do best.”

Beyond the reunion, Val spells out why the live show feels different than Tuesday nights: “No, tour is different because we have this real intimate, personal, direct interactions… there’s nothing like finding real eyes, real fans, real people all over the country.” Jenna adds a hometown twist: performing with the company in Salt Lake City for the finale “will be very exciting to be able to perform for my family and my friends back home.”

Creative team & what to expect

Mandy Moore once again directs and choreographs the tour, mixing season 34 favorites with new numbers created exclusively for the stage.

Behind the scenes, the producing partners are already hyped. Jared Paul of Faculty Inc. says, “We cannot wait for all the fans of DWTS to come out and enjoy the show we have dreamed up for this year’s tour.” Ryan O’Dowd, president of Unscripted at BBC Studios and an executive producer of Dancing with the Stars, underscores the brand’s staying power: “Dancing with the Stars has been captivating fans for two decades, and the passion for the show has never been stronger.”

Where the DWTS tour overlaps with Season 34 stars

The touring showcase is built around the professionals, not the weekly scored competition. As Val puts it, the live format is about “real intimate, personal, direct interactions” with fans—something you can’t replicate on TV.

DWTS tour dates 2026 — how it fits your city

From the Northeast (Boston, Manchester, Bangor) to the Mid-Atlantic (Philadelphia, Newark, Baltimore), the Midwest (Detroit), the South (Atlanta, Hollywood, Florida), and the West (Seattle, San Jose, San Diego, Los Angeles), the routing spans nearly five months on the road. Use the general on-sale and Mirrorball presale windows above to lock in seats early.

Why this Dancing with the Stars: Live! feels big

The 74-show run positions the franchise for maximum reach between TV seasons, and the five-month window suggests strong demand after a sold-out 2025 tour run referenced in local announcements. The Val & Jenna reunion is a built-in draw, and Moore’s stewardship keeps the tone polished and theatrical for arenas and historic theaters alike.
