Aside from dancing and gymnastics, Shawn Johnson has just landed yet another offer. E! online reports that 17-year-old Dancing with the Stars season 8 champ is pondering over the chance to break onto the big screen.

“I got an offer for a movie,” Johnson said at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation’s A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival in L.A. “If I take them up on it, it’ll be very exciting.”

Johnson, who was paired with professional dance partner Mark Ballas on Dancing with the Stars, isn’t keen on giving any details about her upcoming movie. She does reveal, however, that it’s a lead role in a kids flick.

Johnson is also contemplating on competing in the 2012 Olympics but, as reported previously, she still isn’t sure of what she wants to do. As a result, filmmakers are giving her about a month to decide.

“It’s nerve-racking,” she said. “I have a lot of decisions to make.”

Meanwhile, Johnson has given an update regarding her broken disco ball trophy which she won on Dancing with the Stars. The trophy has been in the repair shop after it was broken in pieces during its shipment to New York.

“We had to take them to New York and they shipped them back and when they opened the box, they were in pieces,” her partner Mark Ballas explained.  “They’re fixing them.”

“It will be home in about a week,” Johnson gladly said. “It was an accident. Things happen.”

In other news, actor Mark Consuelos, the husband of Live! co-host Kelly Ripa, has denied rumors that he is set to join the new season of Dancing with the Stars.

“I’d rather jump through a plate glass window on fire than dance in front of America,” he said, insisting that he’s not a good dancer.

“No! She [wife Kelly] knows how bad I am. It would be so, so bad,” he added.
