Lillith is referred to as Dark Mother in some places because she is the one who spawned Cain into drinking blood. Actually her blood...However Zillah is the wife (and daughter) of Caine. Zillah bore Caines special children. Zillah might also referred to in some myth/lore as Mother of vampires since Caine had her blood-bound to him.
