Summary

Without a Trace attempts to bring a new spin to the genre of procedural drama by taking viewers inside the workings of the missing persons squad of the FBI. Without a Trace brings viewers face to face with the advanced psychological profiling techniques used to peel back the layers of the victims' lives and trace their whereabouts in an effort to discover whether they have been abducted, been murdered, committed suicide or simply run away.

All New 'Without A Trace' Back Tonight on CBS

Bringing up the tail end to this week's avalanche of CBS shows coming back from the rerun court of last resort is the Anthony LaPaglia-led Without A Trace, which returns with its first post-strike installment this evening. Without A Trace is back with a vengeance, featuring LaPaglia himself right smack in the thick of things in tonight's episode entitled “Hard Reset.”

Henry Thomas, who first came to prominence as a very young Elliott in Steven Spielberg's beloved E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, begins his multi-episode appearance with tonight's offering.

Wedding Bells for 'Without A Trace' Actress

After two years of being in a relationship, Without A Trace star Roselyn Sanchez and Days of Our Lives alum Eric Winter finally announced their engagement. The celebrity couple got engaged while on a holiday vacation on the island of Vieques, just east of mainland Puerto Rico over the festive weekend.

The date or the location for their walk down the aisle have yet to be set but, according to Sanchez's publicist Brenda Rodriguez, the couple will be ready to go over their nuptial plans once they return to Los Angeles from their Caribbean retreat.

Without A Trace will be opening the new year with a rebroadcast of “Two of US,” an episode from the fifth season where the team searches for a teenaged girl who disappeared during her prom. This installment is set to air on Thursday, January 3, 2008. Following this episode, however, CBS will get the ball rolling with a fresh case involving a missing private investigator in the episode “4G,” which airs on January 10.
