Max Lerner was best know for his appearance on the first season of MTV’s reality series Two-A-Days. The show featured the Hoover High School’s football team, Hoover Buccaneers, as they persisted and succeeded in their fourth state championship win. Although the football games were the center of the show, Two-A-Days also featured the lives of its football players as typical high school students about to embark on college. Distinguished as number 24, Lerner served as a starting safety and cornerback of the team. He racked up 85 tackles, three interceptions, and a touchdown and was known as a two time all-state selection. Despite his prominence on the show, he tried to keep his personal life, especially his love life, away from the cameras.

Alex Binder was just an average teen until he starred on the first season of Two-A-Days, a reality series on MTV that showcased the lives of teens at Hoover High School in Hoover, Alabama. It also featured the members of the school’s football team, the Hoover Buccaneers, during the football season as they balanced education and athletics, as well as formed relationships. On the show, Binder was a senior who became the starting linebacker for the Hoover Buccaneers. Distinctly recognized for his #34 jersey and his letterman jacket with "LB" on his right sleeve, he served as one of the co-captains of the team. Also showcased on the show was his aspiration to earn an athletic scholarship to attend college and his relationship with Kristin Boyle, a senior cheerleader who had been dating Binder on and off since the start of high school. Eventually, he broke up with Boyle before the state championship game, in which the Hoover Buccaneers won.

Two-A-Days is a reality sports program featuring the Hoover High School Buccaneers football team, ranked 2nd in the national football. The program showcases the lives of these players as well as their passion for the game.
