The third episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County marks the final episode of original cast member Jeana Keough and officially welcomes newbie Alexis, who actually went with husband Jim to have dinner with Tamra and Simon in last week‘s episode.  At any rate, I‘m sure we‘ll get to know more about Alexis in the coming weeks but for now, it‘s time to say goodbye to the housewife who‘s ditching the cameras to focus on work.    

After four seasons and  a couple of season 5 appearances, Jeana Keough is bidding farewell to The Real Housewives of Orange County tonight in the episode fittingly titled "It Ends in Coto De Caza." The former Playboy Playmate, who is arguably considered the housewife with the most number of fans, has been struggling with financial woes due to the recession and market lows that have generally affected her occupation as a high-end realtor. And as a result, Jeana has decided to leave all the reality TV drama behind to focus on her family and make ends meet.

Not much has changed as The Real Housewives of Orange County moves on to its second episode. Gretchen and Tamra still despise each other while the rest of the housewives are caught in between the mess.  At least, the heated exchange briefly comes to an end as Tamra leaves the dinner party and takes Vicki with her. Oh and both Tamra and Gretchen declare that they will never be friends again!

The fifth season opener of The Real Housewives of Orange County abruptly ended just as Tamra and Gretchen were about to get at each other‘s throats. Tonight, the Bravo docu drama moves on to its second season, hopefully picking up right where we left off.
