Madeline Zima got her break on the television series The Nanny as Grace Sheffield, which she played for six years. She was the youngest of the three children born to Max and the diseased Sara. As the most troubled after the death of her mother, she was brought to an analyst and from her sessions, she learned and picked up witty psychological remarks. But when Fran Fine (Fran Drescher) came in as the household nanny, Grace found a mother figure. Throughout the show, she remained loyal and devoted to Fran, becoming her shopping companion and aide in Fran's antics and misadventures. Towards the end, her bond with Fran became even stronger as Fran married her father and became her stepmother. In the coming months, the 21-year-old actress will be featured in a new miniseries and will be playing the lead in a movie.

Charles Shaughnessy was popularly known as Maxwell Beverly Sheffield on the sitcom The Nanny. He portrayed a wealthy widowed father of three who took in the nasal-voiced Fran Fine (Fran Drescher), who was fresh out of her job and peddling cosmetics, as his children's nanny. He worked as a Broadway theatrical producer and was often preoccupied with work, leaving his children under the care and supervision of the nanny. Fran's offbeat nurturing and no-nonsense honesty eventually captured Maxwell's and his children's hearts. Despite the apparent mutual attraction, Maxwell and Fran restricted their emotions and kept their relationship professional. But after many stumbling attempts, he finally professed his love for her, resulting in marriage and twins. This gave a happy closure to the fairytale-like story of blue-collar meets blue blood. At present, the 52-year-old actor remains active in the entertainment world with his regular soap opera and an upcoming movie.
