Last month, rumors have surfaced that some major off-cam drama is brewing inside the Playboy Mansion, where Hugh Hefner's number 1 girlfriend, Holly Madison, is reportedly enraging the rest of the stars of The Girls Next Door by controlling the manor with an iron fist. This led to speculations of the program's looming ending and the departure of Kendra Wilkinson, who allegedly isn't getting along with Madison the most.
Now, the stars of The Girls Next Door break their silence by addressing the controversy, which will hopefully clear the air once and for all.

Last December, BuddyTV reported what Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson aspire to do after experiencing the lavish perks of the extravagant Playboy mansion, after enjoying wild adventures and kinky parties on The Girls Next Door. And as much as these girls would want to all live happily ever after together, they must also face the inevitable changes that are bound to happen some time in the future.
“We're currently negotiating for season five right now, which they want to start filming in March. After that, I'm kind of ready to go do some spin-offs or something. I kind of want to host a show, maybe like a makeover-style show, like Playboy makeovers,” Marquardt said at the time.

According to TMZ, which first reported the news, Madison is even attempting to seek editorial control of the Playboy Magazine spreads, which could even threaten long-time employees. Most of all, she's getting in the nerves of Girls Next Door co-star Kendra Wilkinson, who is also known as girlfriend number 3.

Amidst the controversies surrounding Hugh Hefner's girlfriends, he recently celebrated his 82nd birthday at the Playboy Club in Las Vegas’s Palms Casino Hotel last month. Among fans and guests present at the event was former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson, who cooked up a nice surprise for the magazine mogul. In fact, she gave the birthday boy a cake and a lap dance, which she performed in nothing but a pair of high heels.
"[Hefner] was stunned. He had the biggest smile I’ve ever seen," Palms Casino owner George Maloof told Celebcrust. The cake Anderson delivered had the usual birthday greeting and a photo of Hefner with his three girlfriends, Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt.

The Girls Next Door have been on our television sets for four solid seasons in a row, and fans just can’t get enough of the lovely Playboy bunnies. Recently, we reported that our resident Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner wasn’t up to marrying any of the three women he kept so close to his heart. The reason behind this? Hefner says it’s a personal choice and that he hasn’t had much luck with marriages. Too bad for Holly Madison, then, who has been very vocal about wanting to walk down the aisle with Hefner and eventually have his kids.

Coming off the highly-successful Iron Man film, Robert Downey, Jr. is very much in demand. In fact, an offer recently surfaced for him to play none other than the ultimate Playboy Hugh Hefner himself in a biographical movie set to film as soon as a script is developed.
The Chicago Sun-Times report that Hugh Hefner was impressed by Downey’s work on Iron Man, and would like to sign Downey on to play Hefner in a biographical movie entitled “Playboy.”
