PopMatters has a nice look at the premiere of MTV‘s new Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Duel. The Duel sees twenty former Real World or Road Rules contestants battle it out in a competition in which the two victors (one man and one woman) receive $500,000. About half the characters on the show are fairly despicable, which makes rooting against certain people quite easy.
