Summary

Six Feet Under is an award-winning television drama series from HBO. Created and produced by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Alan Ball, the show has won nine Emmy Awards and three Golden Globe Awards. It focuses on the family business of the Fisher clan, a mortuary known as the Fisher & Sons Funeral Home in Los Angeles, and follows the lives of the family after their patriarch passes away. Peter Krause plays Nathaniel “Nate” Fisher Jr., who unwillingly helps his brother David (Michael Hall) run the family trade upon the death of their father. Other prominent relatives include their mother Ruth (Frances Conroy) and their sister Claire (Lauren Ambrose).
