After showing off her conspicuous “try-sexual” appetite on Sex and the City as Samantha Jones, Kim Cattrall will once again rediscover her sexuality on yet another HBO pilot. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 51-year-old actress is set to star on the television series Sensitive Skin, an adaptation of the British comedy.
Written and executive produced by Emmy-winning The Sopranos scribes Mitchell Burgess and Robin Green, HBO's Sensitive Skin is a sex-themed single-camera comedy project set in New York.

It's been quite a whirlwind for the ladies of Sex And The City recently. After a series of premieres and press events in Europe, the women returned home to New York City for the premiere of Sex And The City: The Movie. Celebrities such as Bette Midler, Katie Couric, Molly Sims, Regis Philbin, Mary J. Blige, Donald and Melania Trump, Joan Allen, and Edie Falco, came out for the premiere and were part of the 3,000 people who filled the theater. The ladies talked to E! News about the movie, the similarities they have with their characters, and the advice that they have for other women.

Kim Cattrall, who was reportedly the reason why the shooting of the much awaited Sex and the City movie was delayed, wants to do a sequel to the film that revolves around the lives of four female friends living in New York City, four years after the time frame of the finale of the HBO series.
"Last night, I got about three hours of sleep, but it's also euphoria because it's been so well received," Cattrall, who plays sexually confident Samantha, told ExtraTV.com. "The audience is so happy to see the girls back. It was a blast to make and I hope we get to come back and make another."

Fans will be pleased to know that the highly anticipated Sex and the City movie is currently shooting in New York. Production, which started last Wednesday, has finally brought together lead stars Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw), Kim Cattrall (Samantha Jones), Kristin Davis (Charlotte York) and Cynthia Nixon (Miranda Hobbes) after the controversial fall out of some of its cast members, which reportedly delayed the progress of big screen version.
It has been three years since the television series, which followed the love lives of four professional women in New York, wrapped up its 6-year run in 2004. The movie now serves as a follow-up on the wildly successful romantic comedy series, which is based on the novel of Candace Bushnell.
