Tonight on Privileged, the romance between Megan (Joanna Garcia) and Will (Brian Hallisay) finally escalates. But before it could actually develop into something, Megan pulls out because she discovers something about Will.
On “All About Overcompensating,” Megan finds it difficult to face the date with Will when she finds out he's dating several other women. She opens up to Will about her troubles, and he promises that he will date her exclusively. However, another challenge is in their way: Will gets a job offer that requires him to leave the country. It isn't a short-term engagement either, taking up quite a lot of months from his time with Megan. With that, Megan can't decide what to do.

Tonight's new installment of Privileged continues the saga of Megan Smith (JoAnna Garcia), as she navigates the world of the fabulously rich and famous. When last we saw her, she had stumbled upon a secret that Laurel has been for decades, causing tension in their working relationship. Here's hoping that Megan can retain her optimism as she inevitable pressures continue to besiege her.
In tonight's episode, “All About Insecurities,” Megan is still trying to deal with Laurel (Anne Archer) giving her the cold shoulder. To pick up her mood, she calls up her college pal Caryn to swing by at Palm Beach. Bringing good news, Caryn tells Megan that she's been promoted from assistant to junior editor at The New Yorker magazine. This causes Megan to feel quite dismal about her own writing career.

On tonight's episode of Privileged, it's going to be about secrets and identities that could just destroy reputations and relationships. The characters take time to think about who they've become based on who they once were, even though they don't want to. It's another internal battle of sorts, when demons of the past reappear.
“All About Defining Yourself” follows Megan (JoAnna Garcia) as she tries to talk her boss, Laurel (Anne Archer), into a book proposal. There's a slight chance she might agree, but only because she doesn't know that it's about her. Megan has been gathering research on her successful employer's life without her consent, and she's waiting until the last minute to reveal the secret.

Tonight on Privileged, things are going to get the good old family tension when the mansion gets a visit from someone's father. Also, being caught in the act causes a rift between friends, and a confrontation might just give the day a turn for the worse.
On “All About the Haves and Have-Nots,” Megan (Joanna Garcia) finally decides to reunite with her estranged father. She invites the mysterious Mr. Smith to the mansion, asking him over for dinner at the estate. Laurel (Anne Archer) is still away, and the girls have the house to themselves. We'll see how Megan deals with her father, and whether or not the conflicts between them will ever be resolved.

BuddyTV interviews Rina Mimoun, the executive producer of Privileged.
Rina Mimoun is my favorite person in Hollywood right now. I think she's a genius. I've been a long-time fan of hers ever since her work on seminal WB shows, such as Dawson's Creek, Gilmore Girls, and of course, Everwood. Now, she is the brains behind my favorite freshman series this year, Privileged.
I was fortunate enough to talk to her about her new show, and I learned that she is not just a talented writer and executive producer, but she is also so energetic and passionate about her work. She really believes in what she does, and it shows on screen every week. Talking to her, I found her to be immensely down-to-earth and relatable. At times, talking to her felt more like gushing with a fellow fan-girl rather than interviewing a successful executive producer. But I guess that's how she is able to hit the exact tones in her storytelling to really make us care about her characters.
I promised her that I would do what I can to get the word out there, so here it is, folks. Watch Privileged tonight, on the CW at 9pm. And then watch it next week, and the week after that, and the week after that. Don't stop watching this show. I promise you, you will not be sorry.

It seems as if the Baker twins are going to be getting some romance. Maybe not both of them at once, but Sage is all set for some spice in her life. TVGuide has revealed that General Hospital's Ignacio Serricchio will be joining the cast of Privileged as the romantic interest of Ashley Newbrough's character.
Sources have confirmed that Ignacio Serrichio has booked a recurring role on the CW series, and will be having a lot of encounters with the raging Sage. He will first appear on the tenth episode of Privileged, titled “All About Overcompensating.” In order to interact with Sage, he has to get into the house. It turns out that he's related to Charlie (Michael Cassidy) and wants to be a chef.

BuddyTV interviews Joanna Garcia, the lead actress on Privileged.
Privileged is the best new show on TV this season that you might not be watching. Let me tap into my inner Joe Biden and repeat that for you once more: Privileged is the BEST new show on TV this season that you might not be watching.
Now, you might dismiss Privileged as just another show about rich, white kids and turn the channel, but then you would be doing a disservice, not only to this genuinely enjoyable, whip-smart show, but to yourself as well. You would be missing out on the wonderfully quirky characters, the complicated relationships and the great storytelling.
In my mind, the best part of the show is the lead actress, JoAnna Garcia. I've been a fan of JoAnna's since her days as Vicki Appleby on Freaks and Geeks and again on Reba. She brings an entirely believable warmth and intelligence to her Privileged character, Megan Smith, a recent Yale grad who becomes the tutor to two spoiled, billionaire twins. Megan, a plucky, red-headed heroine, is sort of like a modern-day Anne Shirley, who is so genuinely likeable that you forgive her for the scrapes she gets into.

On last week's episode of Privileged, Megan (Joanna Garcia) was seen in a horrible new light when cosmetics mogul Laurel (Anne Archer) discovered that she lied to her about her slutty and bitter sister Lily (Kristina Apgar). Things got even more complicated in the final scene when Megan, while leaving a sort of cease-fire voicemail message for her sister, sees her kissing her hot neighbor Will (Brian Hallisay) in the beach.
Meanwhile, the twins, ever playful and oh-so-adorable, sneaked out when they were supposed to be doing their outlines, crashed Megan's car, bribed a police officer, and nearly got arrested.
Warning: spoilers ahead.
