Leaving ABC's One Life to Live is a bittersweet experience for Christina Chambers. On the one hand, she is exiting the daytime drama only after a year of being a cast member, but on the other, her dismissal will allow her to spend more time in California with her husband, Brian.
“If I could mix the two together, that would be great, but California is where our home is right now,” Chambers told Soap Opera Digest, adding that while she was on One Life to Live, the show “was really gracious in scheduling me either at the beginning of the week or at the end of the week. They couldn't have been more accommodating. I was really blessed as far as being able to get back twice a month to see Brian.”

Recently, reports have been circulating on the web that daytime star Michael Easton is leaving ABC's One Life to Live in November. However, fans of Easton can cast their worries aside as the 40-year-old actor has confirmed via his official website that he is not yet departing from the daytime drama series.
“I appreciate everyone's concern but it's unwarranted,” Easton said in response to a fan query on his website. “Although it's not good policy to talk about contracts, I will tell you mine isn't even up in 2007 and I feel very fortunate to be working at ABC Daytime.”

Last week, we reported the impending departure of Christina Chambers as Marty Saybrooke on One Life to Live. This week, we have news that another female cast member may be saying farewell to the long-running show.
From what we hear, it seems that the character of Marcie Walsh may also exit the soap once the actress who originated the role leaves at the end of her tenure.

The long-running One Life to Live goes hip-hop and rap when music industry heavyweight, Timbaland, makes his soap opera debut on the show. The rapper-producer is set to guest star on the series apart from performing his recent hit, “The Way I Are.”
Timbaland will entertain loyal viewers of One Life to Live on October 9, with a small acting part in that day's episode, along with a couple of musical numbers.

Kathy Brier and Nathaniel Marston, who plays onscreen couple Marcie and Michael McBain, are enjoying their roles on the soap One Life to Live since their major storyline this year involves an adopted little boy named Tommy, portrayed twins by Jacob and Luke Clodfelter.
Despite the exhaustion attached to filming every episode, Brier and Marston are still enthused to put up with the toddlers. In fact the onscreen couple has already grown to love them.

On Friday's One Life To Live, Michael and Marcie hire Rex to dig up information that will prove Todd is an unfit father so they can keep Tommy. Marty and John deal with Miles and Natalie after they were found kissing on the docks. Jessica tries to confront Jared but Nash wonders why she is so interested in Jared's business. Natalie pays Jared a visit and ends up getting into bed with him.
Cole has a hard time concentrating on basketball as he thinks of Starr. Starr and Blair pay Todd a visit. Marcie pleads with Rex to dig up something that will bury Todd. Talia returns to work on the force. Antonio and Cristian spend time together. Nash tries to bring Jessica breakfast in bed but she's already up for the day. She asks him if he's going to see Jared and says they need to talk about him. Natalie wakes up in Jared's bed and tries to piece together the events of the previous night.

It's an all out war over Tommy on One Life To Live, the McBains vs. the Mannings. It's still unclear who will end up with custody of the baby but nobody's going down without a fight. Starr also found out that Tommy McBain is actually her half brother. Marty and Cole spent some quality time together now that she's out of jail. Marty spent some adult quality time with John and the two ended up sharing a kiss, which was witnessed by Miles and Natalie. Neither reacted well. The status of John and Natalie's relationship had been up in the air and Miles had just been served with papers for an annulment. On yesterday's One Life To Live, Todd brings a court order to the McBains, forcing Tommy and Todd to take a paternity test. Jared makes a move on Natalie, which upsets Jessica. She tries to settle matters herself but when she goes to Jared's apartment, finds Nash there. Marty and John share a kiss which Natalie witnesses.
Marcie finds Rex asleep in the sauna, saying she needs to talk to him. Blair tries to help Todd but he blames her for all he's going through. Nash tries to figure out what Jessica is doing at Jared's apartment. John realizes that Natalie saw him kiss Marty.
