In the third season finale of CBS' Numb3rs, it was revealed that FBI Agent Colby Granger (Dylan Bruno) was actually working as a spy for the Chinese. This led to Colby's dismissal from the team and incarceration, but this does not necessarily mean that viewers will never know more about the character's shocking revelation.
According to executive producer Cheryl Heuton, some form of resolution to Colby's betrayal will be presented in the upcoming season of Numb3rs. "I think you'll see the essence of what you want to know resolved in one episode," Heuton told TV Guide, "and then a lot of repercussions on from there."
