There‘s a city-wide blackout on tonight‘s episode of NCIS, so when the team literally finds themselves in the dark, quite literally. They‘re investigating the death of a lieutenant and an attempted robbery, and somehow, this is connected to the power outage.

On this episode, the team will try to investigate the murder of a lieutenant that somehow caused a city-wide blackout. Because of this, the NCIS team will try to do things the old-fashioned way.
