After the long wait, Law and Order: Criminal Intent returns for its season 8, with actor Jeff Goldblum playing Zach Nichols, replacing Chris Noth as a Senior Detective.  Veterans Vincent D‘Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe also return as Goren and Eames, alternating episodes with partners Wheeler, played by Julianne Nicholson, and newcomer Goldblum.
