Brace yourselves LA Ink fans, as we're about to drop a bomb. Last week, we told you that the TLC reality show had just finished filming its installments for the second season. This week, we have the unenviable task of breaking the news that Pixie has left the shop and the show.
The scoop comes straight from LA Ink and High Voltage Tattoo's resident ink mistress, Kat Von D. Kat posted a long and candid entry in her MySpace blog, giving a general account of what transpired that eventually led to Pixie's sudden exit.

Last week was a turbulent time for LA Ink's show owner and resident ink master, Kat Von D. The tattoo artist found herself elbow deep in controversy, when a picture allegedly autographed by her with anti-Semitic statements, made its way to TMZ. Kat wasted no time in refuting the allegations, saying that the said photograph bearing her John Hancock was a work of forgery. Kat spoke against the controversial image through her publicist, as well as via a blog entry on her MySpace page.
In more upbeat news, LA Ink's star wrote another entry on her MySpace blog, this time expressing her excitement over her approaching MUSINK Tattoo/Music Festival.

Tonight on LA Ink, Kat Von D and her boyfriend Orbi embark on a milestone in their relationship when Kat inks a portrait of his father, the legendary Roy Orbison, on him. In other developments, Kim and Pixie grow tired of the single life and decide to engage in an evening of speed dating. The ladies luck out though in tonight's action packed episode, “Novelty Girls.”
Meanwhile, it looks as if Motley Crue bassist, Nikki Sixx is looking forward to getting some artwork done by LA Ink's very own Kat Von D. In an update he issued via Roadrunner Records' Blabbermouth.net last week, Sixx said: "I haven't gotten anything tattooed in years except 'Tag Here' on my toe. I think it's time to step it up, I'm feeling the itch. Kat's [Von D] gonna do one probably this weekend. I've been wanting to get 'Los Angeles' tattooed on me for ages, and then the other day I noticed Kat has it on her left shoulder. We both have had so much happen in our lives in this city, why not make it permanent? The band started it here, I've died here, had kids, married and divorced here.... my life is in Los Angeles.”

Orbi had just returned from touring, when Kat decided to share living space with him on the fly. Unfortunately, her partying went out of hand, which led the LA Ink star to rethink her lifestyle.
