Episode 23 - I've Had the Time of My Life 3/17/2008 Edit details Kyle delves into extensive research to make prom night a perfect one for Amanda, but all the teen movies in the world can't seem to help him. Moreover, Kyle isn't the only one stressed out with the preparation. In fact, Declan is also brushing up his moves to show Lori how he really feels about her. Meanwhile, Andy hints at a special ending to prom night, while Jessi makes a surprising announcement about her future with Sarah. Amanda is later taken by someone while standing outside school waiting for Kyle to come back.

Episode 22 - Hello... 3/10/2008 Edit details Kyle tracks Sarah down and she implores him to get Jessi away from Taylor. However, Jessi is stubborn and Kyle has to deal with Sarah's adamancy regarding her request. The other kids are excited about the prom, while Amanda is stuck with the planning and organizing of the event. Andy tells Josh that they are going despite being underage and broke. Lori dislikes the whole prom idea, but is curious on who Declan will ask out.

Episode 21 - Grey Matters 3/3/2008 Edit details The honesty and integrity of many are tested when a school wide cheating scandal rocks the high school. Josh is devastated to learn that he is one of the accused despite studying real hard. Moreover, Kyle is being accused of being the mastermind behind the scandal. The principal threatens to cancel the prom and Kyle and Josh are determined to find a way to clear their names and somehow keep everyone involved safe. Taylor continues to push Jessi in her training for a Latnok presentation. Kyle later meets Sarah.

Episode 20 - Primary Colors 2/25/2008 Edit details Kyle begins to have brain hiccups when he gets stressed, and Nicole tells him to take it easy. However, Kyle wants to help Josh, Declan and Hilary with their placement exams, Steven with the dinner and Lori with lyrics for her prom song. Andy's cancer test results say negative, and Jessi suspects that Kyle is responsible for it. Declan seems to be getting somewhat jealous about Lori when she starts hanging out with Mark, while Amanda is worried that Kyle is sick, thus she plays Kyle's song on the piano to comfort him. Amanda's mom allows Kyle to take Amanda to the prom, seeing that her daughter started playing piano again. Kyle's brain hiccups subside when he and Adam decode a message saying that Sarah is alive.

Episode 19 - First Cut Is the Deepest 2/18/2008 Edit details Kyle and Jessi head to the University of Washington to learn more about Sarah, while she continues to try proving that she is better than Kyle. Meanwhile, Hillary, Lori, and Amanda enlist a cool DJ for prom. Declan and Kyle get into a bloody fistfight when someone tries to punch Kyle. Kyle finds Jessi continuing to push herself, while Amanda tells Kyle that she accepts the fact that she needs to share him to others. Nicole counsels Josh and Andy, who later gets a hug from Kyle as she is worried about her cancer test.

Episode 18 - Between the Rack and a Hard Place 2/11/2008 Edit details Amanda gets a job at the Rack, but her first day is a mess. Jessi's presence in Kyle's life continues to bother Amanda, while Josh is placed in a tough situation after $120 mysteriously disappears from the Rack's cash register.

Episode 17 - Grounded 2/4/2008 Edit details After receiving an anonymous complaint about Kyle, a social worker makes a surprise visit to the Trager home. The situation becomes worse when they find Amanda in Kyle's room, and Lori hiding a stash of beer in her closet. Also, the Tragers couldn't explain why Kyle is sleeping in a tub. Nonetheless, they were able to convince the social worker that they are a happy, normal family.

Episode 16 - Great Expectations 1/28/2008 Edit details Amanda makes a sudden return home, thus making Kyle re-evaluate his relationship with her. However, Amanda has a secret that's keeping her from breaking his heart. She cannot see him because she used her mom's birthday surprise as an excuse to tell her mom she dropped out. Carol Bloom blames Kyle and grounds Amanda until she heads back to the New York music academy.

Episode 15 - The Future's So Bright 1/21/2008 Edit details Kyle and Jessi's secret is soon jeopardized when Jessi struggles with what her future may bring. She soon publicizes her super abilities by jumping off a roof and lurking across the pool. Amanda's mother sees Kyle mastering levitation while problems soon arise when Jessi is found by the media.

Episode 14 - To C.I.R. 1/14/2008 Edit details Jessi survives the fall and Tom Foss finds Kyle stunned after Jessi's leap. He tells Kyle to go home to the Tragers, to whom Kyle confesses about his existence. He comes up with a plan to bring down Madacorp, but his plan is threatened when he finds out that Jessi had survived and is dying to give up the stolen information. Kyle and Jessi communicate telepathically and together block the CIR, which forces them to put Kyle on the machine and destroy the Madacorp network. Brian Taylor later confesses that he is Jessi's father.

Episode 13 - Leap of Faith 9/3/2007 Edit details Kyle and Jessi try to find out about their past, while the Tragers do some investigating themselves. Kyle and Jessi explore an old road, previously called Route 12, where they find an abandoned cabin. To get into a secret room in the cabin, Kyle calls Amanda and asks her to play a melody. Kyle and Jessi soon gain access to the room, where they find a comatose Adam Baylin. Kyle tries to communicate with him, to no avail. He asks Jessi to help him, and with her help, Baylin says "Stop Kyle, she's betrayed you." A frightened Jessi runs away and Kyle runs after her, only to find that she jumped off the side of a dam.

Episode 12 - Lockdown 8/27/2007 Edit details Jessi escapes her house and Nicole puts the Trager family on lock down. The fate of Tom Foss is revealed when Nicole and Stephen discover Kyle's secrets. Kyle tries to escape the house with the help of an old friend, in the hopes of finding Jessi and saving his family.

Episode 11 - Hands on a Hybrid 8/20/2007 Edit details Kyle and Declan find a photo of Baylin and somebody who looks exactly like Jessi locked in Baylin's box. The two soon realize that the best way to find out Jessi's intentions is to get close to her at the high school charity event. Once there, Kyle takes advantage of the opportunity to talk to the vulnerable Jessi. Other secrets are also revealed at the event, where Lori finds out who her attacker is. Josh and Andy share a kiss.

Episode 10 - House of Cards 8/13/2007 Edit details Kyle realizes that Adam's Latnock ring is the key to the mysterious box he retrieved from Zzyzx. He also is shocked to find out that Stephen's new boss, Mr. Ballantine is wearing the same ring Kyle pawned to help Amanda. Kyle then comes up with a plan to get back the ring with the help of Foss and Declan. They decide to break into Madacorp while Lori begins to suspect Stephen's relationship with his co-worker, Emily.

Episode 9 - Ghost in the Machine 8/6/2007 Edit details Lori, Kyle, Jessi, Declan, Josh, Andy and Amanda go on a camping expedition in the woods, where they stumble upon the ruins of Zzyzx, thus making Lori's decisions come back to haunt her. Josh and Andy reveal some important thoughts to each other, while Kyle and Declan suspect that Jessi has a thing for Kyle. Amanda has second thoughts about the status of her relationship with Kyle.

Episode 8 - What's the Frequency 7/30/2007 Edit details Kyle's vision helps the Tragers deal with Stephen's estranged father's sudden stroke, which led him into a coma. Emily is disappointed in Jessi's lack of progress in therapy.

Episode 7 - Free to Be You and Me 7/23/2007 Edit details Kyle and Amanda prepare for their first date. Kyle receives a warning from Baylin about Foss, and Kyle stars wondering who he can really trust. The student body begins organizing a protest and alternative dance when the school's policy of rejecting same-sex couples is exposed.

Episode 6 - Does Kyle Dream of Electric Fish? 7/16/2007 Edit details After having some visions which all come true, Kyle thinks that he can predict the future. He then uses his visions to delve deeper into Baylin's research, in the hopes of finding an answer.

Episode 5 - Come to Your Senses 7/9/2007 Edit details Nicole comes back to work to find a surprising patient, Jessi, who was recommended by her "sister," Emily. Faking a rough childhood, Jessi is actually on a mission to get closer to Kyle. Meanwhile, Kyle sets out to retrieve Amanda's stolen bracelet.
