If you missed self-confessed D-list comedian Kathy Griffin and her sharp tongue, then wait no more, for her very own Bravo reality show Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List returns tonight.  And on the fifth season premiere, the high-strung comedian reportedly rubs shoulders with some of the celebrities that she is fond of, well, talking about.Kathy Griffin‘s list of guests this season includes Bette Midler, Lily Tomlin, Suzanne Somers, Rosie O‘Donnell, Christina Aguilera, author Jackie Collins and rapper T.I., before his incarceration.  Throughout the show‘s 10 episodes, these stars will be "mentoring" Griffin on how to climb the alphabet-letter ladder of celebrity notoriety.  More excitingly, Griffin also spends "a day in the hood" with the Rev.
