It's been four months since the last of Journeyman's adventures graced the small screen. For those who followed the short-lived show, many may not even have had the chance to catch actress Moon Bloodgood, who co-starred as the late wife of the titular character.
Although her screen time on the ill-fated series was limited, Bloodgood has since made remarkable headway, as she appears all set to star in the fourth installment of the Terminator motion pictures.

The clock may have run out for NBC's science fiction drama but for fans, the journey has just begun. Like other television series that have been pulled off the air or shows on the brink of cancellation, devoted fans of Kevin Falls' Journeyman, the show about a reporter who involuntarily travels through time, are seeking ways to save the program and get it renewed.
Given that Journeyman takes place in San Francisco, California, fans have decided to send one box of San Francisco's own “Rice O Roni” to the execs at NBC. Along with the treat, a “letter from the future” is attached that contains fans' sentiments and a list of creative ideas that will hopefully get the network's attention.

It looks like the clock has officially run out for fans of NBC's time travel drama Journeyman. The network had until Tuesday to award a full-season pickup to the series, as they did for Chuck and Life a few weeks ago, but they neglected to do so. Now that the deadline has passed, Journeyman only has two episodes left, which will be airing on December 17 and December 19. Creator Kevin Falls recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly, dropping some hints about what fans can expect in the final two episodes, and whether or not there will be any closure for lead character Dan Vasser (Kevin McKidd).

Who'd have thought this year's cult hit, like last year's Jericho, would have a one-word title starting with a "J." Indeed, Journeyman has earned a die-hard base of supporters, actively campaigning to save the show before it's even been canceled. The fans have plenty to be thankful for, as the final three episodes filmed before the writers' strike will air, starting with tonight's episode at 10pm on NBC and continuing next week at 10pm on Monday and Wednesday.
BuddyTV spoke to one of the shows stars, Brian Howe, who plays newspaper editor Hugh Skillen. Howe spoke to us about his theories on time travel, his inspiration for playing a hard-boiled newspaper editor and his appreciation to the dedicated fans the show has amassed. Howe also clarified some of the finer points in the perceived struggle to keep Journeyman on the air. Below you will find the transcript as well as the audio file of the interview.

Time may be running out for NBC's Journeyman. According to inside sources, the Peacock network is considering pulling the show in two weeks unless ratings improve. The news comes shortly after NBC announced that fellow new drama Life would be given a test-run in Journeyman's Monday at 10pm time slot on December 3, following the Heroes fall (and likely season) finale.
The news could not come at a worse time for fans of quality serialized television already reeling from the writers' strike and its impact on shows like 24 and Lost. Slowly but surely, Journeyman has developed into one of the most intriguing shows on TV. The plight of San Francisco journalist Dan Vasser (Kevin McKidd) and his sudden time traveling jumps is becoming even more dramatic as the FBI is digging into his life, getting closer to the truth.
