Two weeks ago, we reported on Tiffany Pollard, the 26-year old better known as New York of VH1's reality dating show, I Love New York, and her brief but memorable stage exposure as part of the cast of Relationship Games, which ran at the Arie Crown Theatre earlier this month. After finally finding love in the person of George Weisgerber, aka Tailor Made, at the close of I Love New York's second season, Pollard has now decided to re-focus her energy towards the pursuit of an acting, and more specifically, a Hollywood career.
The star of I Love New York and its coming spin-off, New York Goes to Hollywood, spoke to the Chicago Defender during her stay in the windy city for the limited engagement Relationship Games production.

With all the hype surrounding VH1's recent unveiling of the next chapter in Tiffany Pollard's I Love New York saga, the focus has been on the Flavor of Love and Charm School alum's quest either for love or, now, a Hollywood shot. With the coming third chapter in the I Love New York series dubbed New York Goes to Hollywood, the latest installment is set to chronicle Pollard aka New York's trip to Los Angeles in hopes of starting an acting career.
Happily, not everyone who's ever been involved in I Love New York has only their personal hopes and dreams in consideration. A handful of guys from I Love New York 2 have taken to participating in more socially-oriented causes recently.

Last week, we reported that Tiffany Pollard, better known as New York, will be taking her I Love New York series to Hollywood. This time billed as New York Goes to Hollywood, the new spin-off will document Pollard's efforts to launch her acting career.
It seems New York's thespian muscles have already gotten a workout as the 26-year old reality star led the cast of Relationship Games, a play about three men and three women engaged in the game of love.

It's official: Tiffany "New York" Pollard is heading to Hollywood, Los Angeles for the new spin-off series of I Love New York. Dubbed New York Goes to Hollywood, the show will follow the 26-year-old reality star as she pursues an acting career. VH1 announced last week that it has ordered 10 half-hour episodes of the new show.
According to the New York Post, filming for New York Goes to Hollywood begins in less than two weeks. However, there's word that the network is having difficulty “casting” a manager for Pollard, who will be in Los Angeles for one month, and getting celebrities to do cameos on the show.

Buddha came close to winning the second season of VH1's I Love New York, but alas, was passed over for the amorous Tailor Made. Still, Buddha doesn't have any ill feelings towards show bachelorette, Tiffany "New York" Pollard, nor his former opponent, even saying that he believes the two are right for each other.
“I think it's a good match,” Buddha said of the couple, who got engaged during the I Love New York's reunion special, to People magazine. “I'm not surprised that they're engaged, and this is something I was telling New York on-camera, off-camera. I believe he was one of the few that was genuinely there for her. I think they're two nutty bunches of fun. Either they're going to love each forever or they're going to kill each other. Either way, they're going to do it together.”

It's recently been rumored that there will be a third season of I Love New York, only this time, it will focus on her attempt to make it in Hollywood as opposed to focusing on her quest for love. She doesn't need to quest for love any longer, ostensibly, because she found it during her search on I Love New York 2 when she met her soul mate Tailor Made.
Despite this, though, rumors continue to circulate that the all is not well in their world, and there has recently been a claim that New York is dating a teenager. Not so, says none other than the teenager himself, who says, instead, that he while he's definitely got love for New York, it's the love of a serious fan, and the only love he's getting back is the love New York has for all her supportive audience members.

Did you read that title and think, “Here it is: I've been waiting for the announcement that I Love New York 2 stars Tailor Made (George Weisgerber) and New York (Tiffany Pollard) broke up and ended the charade!”?
Well, although your skepticism and cynicism are completely understandable in the face of the mountain of evidence that reality romances don't work out, for now, it doesn't seen to be the case for the I Love New York 2 lovebirds.
Nevertheless, did you really think that just because she found love or something like it, New York was going to leave your airwaves peacefully? Rumors currently indicate that might not be the case.
