Noah Bennet is one of the most bad-ass characters on Heroes, which is surprising since he’s one of only two series regulars without powers. This Friday, BuddyTV will interview Jack Coleman, the man in the horn-rimmed glasses, and we want your questions.
Coleman is playing a major role in Heroes season 3, teaming up with Zachary Quinto’s Sylar in the unlikeliest of partnerships. However, fans now know the teaming is a ploy to find Sylar’s weakness and kill him once and for all. Post any questions for Jack Coleman in the comments section below or in our Heroes forum, and we’ll pick the best to ask him on Friday.

Tim Kring and company must have actually listened to the criticism of the second season of Heroes. Even if you object to the actual storylines of season 3, Heroes is certainly speeding up the plot this year. Last night was just the third episode, but already paths are crossing, story arcs are ending and beginning anew, and Heroes is dwelling on any one character for too long.
The main complaint for season 2, echoed by myself and others, was that it was so slow. Hiro spent half the year in feudal Japan while Peter spent half the year not knowing who he was. Maya and Alejandro spent all year trying to get to New York City, Sylar was powerless, Claire was a cheerleader and it was all so tedious up until the last episode or two, when everything happened at once.

Previously on Heroes: Mohinder got powers, Parkman got lost in Africa, Hiro met his match in Daphne the Speedster, Nathan found God, Tracy was confused about her relationship to Niki, Peter got trapped in a villain’s body, Angela took over the Company after Sylar killed Bob, the Level 5 villains escape, Sylar got Claire’s powers, HRG brought in Claire’s biological mother to help out, and Angela revealed Sylar is her son. Also, this show has way too many characters.

Angela Petrelli is creepily affectionate with her new son Sylar, and she feeds him a girl named Bridget with the ability to see a person’s entire past just by touching them.

On the season 3 premiere of Heroes, Cristine Rose made a huge splash in her first appearance as a series regular. Angela Petrelli controlled most of the episode, taking over the Company and revealing that she is Sylar's mother. For Rose, the promotion from guest star to the main cast is a big deal, and it's certainly being displayed in her major storyline.
BuddyTV spoke to Cristine Rose at the NBC fall premiere party two weeks ago to talk about her role on season 3 of Heroes. Though the interview took place before the huge revelation, Rose still spoke about her new role and her character's relationship with her sons. After the shocking conclusion to Monday's season 3 premiere of Heroes, fans will be eager to find out what happens next. What will be Angela Petrelli's next step with Sylar? Who is Tracy Strauss? Who is the Speedster's employer? And how will Peter get along with the group of villains he's with?
This Monday's episode, titled “One of Us, One of Them,” takes the problems established in the premiere and begins to move them forward. With such a strong opening, hopefully Heroes can keep up the moment and move things along much quicker than they did last season. Continue reading to watch clips from the next episode.

Of all the things to love about the two-hour Heroes season 3 premiere last night, its Cristine Rose’s performance as Angela Petrelli that made me truly love the episode. The actress owned every moment of the second hour, from her stunning dream sequence to taking control of the Company to her chilling final scene with Sylar.
Since the Emmys are now over, it’s also my duty to begin campaigning for next year’s ceremony, and while there are still many shows and actresses left to premiere, I have already decided to support Cristine Rose for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
