The Grey‘s Anatomy/Private Practice crossover event begins (or rather "continues" because I guess last week‘s episode in which Addison made a two-second phone call to Derek at the very end of the episode counted as a crossover). Addison (Kate Walsh), Naomi (Audra McDonald) and of course, Archer (Grant Show) who has parasitic worms in his brain, spill out of an ambulance at Seattle Grace Hospital. Do they know that Seattle Grace dropped to number 12 in the rankings now? I wonder if they would have chosen to go to another hospital if they knew this information. They rush Archer into an ICU room where he starts seizing because of a reaction to a drug they are giving him. Derek (
