Ghost Whisperer brings us what it calls “the most romantic episode ever” as it offers a peek upon its own “Heart and Soul.” On the last installment of the series, fans were left with their jaws on the floor about what happened to Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) and Jim (David Conrad). Now, the show gives the couple a chance to relive their relationship with a whole new perspective.
On “Heart and Soul,” Melinda finds herself drawn to a man (identified as Sam or Jim) who is suffering from amnesia. This stirs up her selfless need to help those around her, causing her to assist the man in regaining his memory. This enthusiasm of hers might just come with a price, when she realizes that she has to do everything it takes to make this second chance work.

Ghost Whisperer has been going through major adjustments these days, and the show’s audiences are bursting with emotion about it. With that, the executives of the series have taken the time to explain their side of the story. Perhaps in an effort to calm everyone down, the showrunners offered a few hints of where exactly Ghost Whisperer is heading.
“David Conrad is very important to the show. Jim is a character that is in the core of the storytelling, and he is not leaving the show: not in any way, shape or form,” executive producer Kim Moses declared.

For many of those who were devastated by the death (and plot twist) of Jim Clancy on Ghost Whisperer, remember that it simply means that a new beginning is upon us. Several interviews with the executives of the series have revealed that some drastic changes could mean a better run for the show, as evidenced by the viewership it received on the latest episodes.
“What we want the audience to remember is that we're doing these things because you want to make the show resemble life in the sense that life gives you lemons, and, if you're a heroic character like Melinda, you make lemonade,” said executive producer P.K. Simonds. Ghost Whisperer definitely stirred up its own batch of lemonade just last Friday, when it saw 11.67 million total viewers for the big twist.

There have been furious screams coming from fans of Ghost Whisperer recently, due to the death of a beloved character from the series. The latest episode of the show left many livid and confused, wondering if the dependable Jim Clancy will no longer appear on the thrilling fantasy-drama.
Audiences are buzzing with emotion seeing Melinda Gordon (Jennifer Love Hewitt) break down in front of her husband's unconscious body. Until now, there's been no resolution to tie up last week's dilemma. Different sources reveal spoilers that still include Jim in the script. Also, a Ghost Whisperer insider even declared that it would be stupid to kill off a favorite character at this point in the story. What's really going to happen? The plot has been laid out and set, so all that's left to do is to stick around and see what comes next.

In September, word spread that fans will be seeing the last of David Conrad is leaving Ghost Whisperer as his character, Jim will be killed off. TV Guide was quick to talk to series star Jennifer Love Hewitt, who said told them, "The important thing to always remember is that things are not as they seem on our show. We never do anything cut-and-dry. There are lots of opportunities for people to think that one thing is going to happen, and it actually turns out to be something else."
With the new season of Ghost Whisperer currently well underway, she only has one piece of advice for viewers: “keep their eyes open and enjoy the ride into our big storyline for the season rather than try to guess what's going to happen and how."

Ghost Whisperer’s fourth season, which premiered earlier this month, seems to be performing well on the airwaves as TV Guide reports that the show created by John Gray surged 12 percent week to week, hitting a season high of 9.95 million total viewers. Ghost Whisperer stars singer/actress Jennifer Love Hewitt as the titular character, Melinda Gordon.
The 29-year-old actress, who is known for her slender figure recently has been placed in the spotlight for her weight gain. Last month, we reported about her eating and drinking habits, which result to her having a better figure. More recently, Hewitt expressed her own views about self-image and weight management when Dancing with the Stars’ Maksim Chmerkovskiy allegedly criticized Cheryl Burke and Lacey Schwimmer’s weight gain.

Tonight's Ghost Whisperer makes a dramatic turn as a vacation for the couple goes awry. Melinda can never have any private time with her husband or with anyone, because she is eternally haunted by the restless beings from the great beyond.
On “Save Our Souls,” Jim (David Conrad) thinks it's a great idea for him and Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) to go on a romantic getaway. The two of them board a cruise ship, but they later find out that the vessel is about to be scrapped. Nevertheless, they try their best to find some time alone despite the disturbing amount of “guests” around. Ghosts are partying and having fun on the ship, but only Melinda realizes it.
