Everwood chronicles the challenges that face recently widowed, successful neurosurgeon, Dr. Andrew Brown and his two children, when they leave their Manhattan life and home for the idyllic town of Everwood in Colorado. Dr. Brown must deal with adjusting to his new community and the task of single-handedly raising his kids, 15-year old Ephram who is a talented yet sensitive musician and his 9-year old sister, Delia. He also has to contend with the town’s revered Dr. Harold Abbot, whose professional beliefs and opinions often clash with his own. Ephram is equally challenged by the trials and tribulations of puberty, particularly his growing romantic interest in Dr. Abbott’s daughter, Amy. Everwood aired on the WB.
