Episode 13 - Soul Free 4/17/2008 Edit details Eli encounters a case involving a man's right to die. The case is closely related to the aftermath of Eli's surgery to remove his brain aneurysm, which forces Nathan to decide whether to remove Eli from life support. Later, Eli comes face to face with God, who strongly resembles George Michael.

Episode 12 - Waiting for That Day 4/13/2008 Edit details Eli's visions show him the earthquake, and he sues San Francisco to close the Golden Gate Bridge. He get support from a so-called quack scientist, and later, Eli opposes Ms. Klein and Maggie in a case that will decide the fate of many. Ms. Klein takes advantage of Jordan's lack of control over Eli to remove Jordan as managing partner.

Episode 11 - Patience 4/10/2008 Edit details Eli has a futuristic vision of David Moseley, a prison at Tipton Bay. The vision later leads him to represent Moseley among other prisoners, in their plea for prisoner's rights. Taylor and Matt work together on a struggle for chimpanzee rights, while a long lost partner returns to the firm.

Episode 10 - Heartbeat 4/3/2008 Edit details Eli's visions show him Nathan's memories of the day of their father's death. Nathan seeks Eli's services in a case dealing with the heart transplant of a patient. Eli's vision tells him that Nathan is keeping a secret, which is beneficial to the case.

Episode 9 - I Want Your Sex 3/27/2008 Edit details George Michael, who occasionally appears in Eli's hallucinations, seeks his help in person on behalf of a school girl who was expelled for playing Michael's rather suggestively titled song during an abstinence education assembly. Heading the case is Jordan, who seems to be happy about Michael's visit, implying that he may be a fan. Nathan finally finds a neurosurgeon, but is struggling to make the decision that will change Eli's life.

Episode 8 - Praying for Time 3/20/2008 Edit details Eli is assigned to defend a real estate mogul who wants to evict residents from their homes to build a mall. The case gets interesting when Eli gets a hallucination telling him that winning the case may be the only way to save them from an upcoming earthquake.

Episode 7 - Heal the Pain 3/13/2008 Edit details Eli's stature at the firm is reduced, and he is assigned to be an assistant to the inexperienced Maggie Dekker. The two are to work on a malpractice suit against a doctor who previously worked at Nathan's hospital, but was fired after a failed operation that killed the plaintiff's mother.

Episode 6 - Something to Save 3/6/2008 Edit details Eli seeks Jordan's help after he encounters trouble and is threatened to be disbarred due to an embarrassing courtroom episode which makes people question his ability to practice. Eli's fate might have to depend on Nathan's testimony about his brother's condition.

Episode 5 - One More Try 2/28/2008 Edit details Eli is given a chance to straighten things out when he revisits an old case that he won for an automaker. However, his efforts are jeopardized when he gets a bunch of courtroom hallucinations. Jordan welcomes two new lawyers to the firm, and one of them was previously Eli's courtroom opponent.

Episode 4 - Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go 2/21/2008 Edit details Eli tries to deal with the end of his engagement with Taylor, and his hallucinations convince him to help a former coma patient who wants his life back. Jordan defends an old friend dealing with a discrimination law suit against another of the same ethnicity.

Episode 3 - Father Figure 2/14/2008 Edit details Taylor is representing a National Guard soldier's custody battle, and Eli starts having visions of World War II. Eli asks his brother Nathan for help with his medical records to hide his medical conditions from the law firm's senior partners, so that Eli can continue practicing law.

Episode 2 - Freedom 2/7/2008 Edit details The past two weeks brought Eli no hallucinations, and he hesitates to take the case of a Mexican couple in a battle with a farming company who's using pesticides. Eli doesn't think they would win, but his hallucinations tell him to move forward anyway.

Episode 1 - Pilot 1/31/2008 Edit details A rising, successful attorney working for Jordan Wethersby's renowned law firm, Eli Stone is engaged to Jordan's attorney daughter, Taylor. Eli starts having hallucinations involving singer George Michael, and these hallucinations may be caused by either a medical condition or the possibility of him being a modern day prophet. The hallucinations lead him to reluctantly take his former lover Beth Keller's case. Beth is dealing with the fact that her son developed autism, which might have been caused by a childhood vaccine produced by a major pharmaceutical company. Moreover, Eli's hallucinations force him to think about his estranged relationship with his now-deceased mother, whom he thought was an alcoholic.
