Dancing with the Stars was back to normal last night after last week's performances of brand new styles. The top seven couples were back to the traditional styles that we know and love on Dancing with the Stars. However, the scoring was all haywire due to the fact that Michael Flatley, Lord of the Dance, was filling in for head judge and senior crankypants Len Goodman.
The evening culminated with a big group hip hop number choreographed by Shotyme. The judges did not score this performance, and good thing too because it was laughably horrendous. Some of these dancers cannot pull off old school hip hop, and I'm sure you know who I'm talking about.
And so, rather than just giving you a rundown of the night's performances based on the judges' scores, read on to find out my humble opinion on who was at the top, who was at the bottom, and everyone else in between.

The news just keeps getting worse. TMZ reports that Dancing with the Stars' Julianne Hough's ailment last week was more than just a stomach ache. She has an ovarian cyst. She will be undergoing surgery minor surgery to remove her appendix, but she will be dancing tonight. (The appendectomy is unrelated to the cyst.)
This two-time Dancing with the Stars champion went to the hospital after last week's live results show with stomach pains. On her website (JulianneHough.com), she confirms that she has been diagnosed with endometriosis, a common medical condition that causes the development of uterine-lining tissue on surfaces of organs in the pelvis or abdomen where uterine tissue is not supposed to grow. This condition affects five to ten percent of women of reproductive age around the world.

Dancing with the Stars served up a big surprise last week when Toni Braxton and Alec Mazo were given the boot. I thought that this was a bit of an unfair elimination because they didn't have the lowest score (although they were only one point away from the bottom) and, in my estimation, Toni Braxton has a lot more potential for becoming a great ballroom dancer than all of her scores have reflected.
But considering the behavior of some of her competitors this week, maybe it's because Toni is too classy a lady to stay on the show.

When the pairs of Dancing With The Stars were first announced this season, it seemed that Lance Bass and Lacey Schwimmer would easily sail to the finale but the road there has not been easy thus far. The judges have come down hard on them, particularly Len, for not sticking to traditional ballroom while tabloids have thrust Lacey’s weight (and Cheryl Burke’s) into the spotlight, sparking heated debates. The show runs the contestants at a constant, strenuous pace so every now and then, it must be nice to sit down, relax, and have a little fun. This week, Lance and Lacey interviewed each other for Entertainment Tonight and we learned more about the pair than ever before. Read on to find out what they had to say!

What is going on with Dancing with the Stars contestants and going to the hospital? Even before the season started, Kim Kardashian cut her foot the day before she found out she would be on the show. Then, in the dress rehearsal for the very first appearance, Jeffrey Ross suffered a scratched cornea when his partner Edyta Sliwinska accidentally poked him in the eye. Misty May-Treanor had to pull out of the competition when she tore her Achilles tendon, and Susan Lucci fractured two bones in her foot.
The latest dancer from Dancing with the Stars to get rushed to the hospital is Julianne Hough. She and her partner Cody Linley wowed the audience Monday night with their I Love Lucy-themed jitterbug, and then gave on encore performance in last night's results show. After the results show was over, Julianne was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to address the acute stomach pains she had been having all day.
