Kathryn Morris is getting rewarded for leading Cold Case, one of the steadiest ratings performers of CBS.  The 38-year-old actress, who plays Philadelphia homicide detective Lilly Rush on the series, is getting a raise for the upcoming season.  According to The Hollywood Reporter, she will now be earning between $180,000 and $190,000 per episode.
