Kevin Hart hypes the heck out of tonight's Celebrity Rap Superstar. The celebrities will perform songs of their own mentors, votes will be revealed, and the whole game will change. Does he mean the votes will actually determine who gets eliminated?
Somehow, despite the fact that there are now fewer performers, Celebrity Rap Superstar is in rush mode, because they go straight to the first performance. My gut still hurts from laughing at tonight's season premiere of The Office. If you didn't watch it, shame on you. Speaking of which, there's a hilarious Nike commercial featuring Rainn Wilson as a PR man for the U.S. soccer team that you need to see, stat.

Blogger Perez Hilton, a finalist on Celebrity Rap Superstar, has denied that he reported that DJ Samantha Ronson was responsible for planting cocaine in Lindsay Lohan's car on the night of her first DUI bust in May. Hilton made his statement in response to the libel lawsuit Ronson filed against him and CelebrityBabylon.com moderator Jill Ishkanian in July.
Ronson, who was with Lohan on the night police found a “usable amount” of cocaine in her car, claims in the lawsuit that Hilton and Ishkanian implied she purposely put the drugs in the vehicle and sold incriminating pictures of Lohan to the paparazzi the following night. The defamatory story was allegedly printed first in Ishkanian's site, after which Hilton is said to have reprinted it on his celebrity blog on June 1.

Jamal Anderson and Efren Ramirez are now gone, so it's just two more not-very-good contestants left, and four who have all shown a glimmer of potential. Thursday night means someone is about to be voted off America's favorite reality show, and I'm not talking about Chicken. It's Celebrity Rap Superstar!
There's a controversy brewing, as Shar Jackson got a redo last week because her rap mentor's mic messed up. Perez Hilton is calling her out, as he would. Tonight it's all live, and the Celebrity Rap Superstars are being paired up for some duets. Yet another awesome idea, and from the previews, it looks like we'll be getting some Perez and Kendra Wilkinson. My prediction: awesome.

Efren Ramirez gained fame as Pedro, the blank sidekick of Jon Heder's titular character in the cult classic Napoleon Dynamite. Recently, he switched tracks and became a part of the MTV reality series Celebrity Rap Superstar. The show featured eight celebrities who team up with rap mentors to perform each week and be voted on by the viewers.
Last week Efren Ramirez became the second person voted off the show after it came down to him and rock star Sebastian Bach in the bottom two. Efren spoke to BuddyTV about his decision to appear on the show, the criticism he received from the judges, and his final performance. Below you will find the mp3 audio file of the interview as well as bullet points of the major topics we discussed.

Last week on Celebrity Rap Superstar, Perez Hilton walked with Jesus while Atlanta Falcons' Jamal Anderson was eliminated. Nearly everyone remembered the words, a huge improvement from week one, though some performances were still less than "superstar" quality.
Tonight's episode should be quite awesome, as the celebrities are writing their own raps. Perez promises to mock his fellow contestants, which sounds quite cool. Kevin Hart starts it off by announcing the bottom two: Efren Ramirez (surprising no one) and Sebastian Bach. Oh please don't let him go, his rock-raps are one of the highlights every week on Celebrity Rap Superstar. Apparently it was so close they're going to have a tie-breaker, where they both perform, and the judges pick the winner. Ha, sounds like Bach had the fewest votes, so MTV is fixing it so the performer who is actually good gets to stay.

As of today, Shar Jackson remains as a contestant on Celebrity Rap Superstar. So far, she has kept herself on track in the contest while earning high praises for her rendition of "My Name Is" by Eminem and Eve's "Tambourine." However, the 31-year-old actress reveals that becoming a contestant on MTV's competitive reality show was something she actually feared.
Jackson, popularly known as the ex-girlfriend of Kevin Federline, is credited for The CW's Girlfriends, as well as ABC's short-lived reality series, Ex-Wives Club, and movies like Good Burger and Love & Basketball. Now, she is part of Celebrity Rap Superstar and has her own blog on MTV's website, where she talks about her sentiments on joining the show.

Yo, yo, yo, welcome to episode 2 of the phattest new MTV reality show, Celebrity Rap Superstar! OK, enough of that. In last week's premiere, we learned that Perez Hilton, Shar Jackson, Countess Vaughn and Sebastian Bach can all rap from average to good, while the other four losers couldn't remember a lyric if it was their momma's maiden name. Tonight we get the first elimination, seven more performances, and a whole lot of awesome.
This week, the Celebrity Rap Superstar contestants get to pick their own rap songs to sing. This oughta be...interesting. Please, God, let Perez Hilton sing Kelis' "Milkshake."
